Our warranty
What the repair warranty says
A repair of ours that opens along the same line within one year is redone at no charge.
What it does not cover
- New movement from a roof or plumbing leak, or from settling
- Cracks in plaster we did not repair
- Damage from work by other trades after we leave
- Paint, which is done by your painter
The terms are written into your scope and signed by both of us. The owner of the shop confirms them for each job.
